ABOUT EVANG TOYIN LESHI
Evang Toyin Leshi started her ministry in the year 1994 after graduating from C.A.C Olorunsogo Sunday School and through divine guidance God led her to join the C.A.C Olorunsogo choir in Mushin, Lagos, Nigeria where she discovered that she could sing very well and through a lot of rigorous training, her skills were sharpened in singing Classical music, Contemporary music, Hymns and even Choruses( i.e. Praise and Worship songs both in English and Yoruba). Evang Toyin Leshi gradually rose up to become a lead vocalist and Soloist in the same choir and led C.A.C. Olorunsogo assembly in Praise and Worship for many years.
All that period, she also sang in the Youth fellowship choir. She lead the youth in Praise and Worship in many Praise night programmes. And she was also a member of the Praise and Worship team in the same Assembly for many years before travelling to the United States.
On getting to the States, she joined C.A.C 1st Americans’ Choir and also became a lead singer. Evang Toyin Leshi started enquiring about the Eulogy of God and she realized that God has so many names that we could call Him. Her passion is singing the Praises of God, and she definitely never get tired of doing this. She gets her inspiration mostly whenever she is praying, the Holy Spirit gives her melodies. Just like her name Oluwatoyin (which means God is worthy to be praised) she chose to make praising Jesus a lifestyle, something that she loves to do everyday.
Oba Ara is a dream come true for me. God gave me this Prophecy in 1995 and today He made it happen for me and forever I’ll be grateful to Him. I’m excited to see the work begins, and I know that He that had begun a good work in me will complete it until the day of the Lord Jesus.(Amen).
