His journey took unexpected turns when he joined the drama group Empire Entertainment, where he initially aimed to write soundtracks. Although he featured in two films alongside prominent actors, the music within him remained an unfulfilled calling. For years, while working in the banking sector, Samuel carried the burden of these songs in his heart—a constant reminder of his divine gift.
“The memory of those composed songs made me uncomfortable with God,” Samuel recalls. This internal struggle led him to a realization: his talent was meant for the propagation of the gospel.
As the new year rolled in, Samuel made a pivotal decision. He ventured into the studio, finally releasing “Sinmile Jesu” followed by “In All Things Give Thanks.” The reaction from his church community was overwhelmingly positive; many were shocked to learn of his hidden talent. Samuel replied, “It’s just a gift of God that you must not cover, so that God will not be angry with you.”
Samuel’s musical journey began in 2006 when he ventured into the gospel scene in Lagos. Over the years, he formed a band named God Of Realit Gospel Singer, producing about twelve albums that, unfortunately, remained incomplete until now.
Born in Kwara State, Samuel’s educational journey led him through various schools, ultimately earning a Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic. His experiences have shaped his musical spirit, blending his professional background with divine inspiration.
Samuel Femi Enoch’s story is one of perseverance, faith, and the realization that our gifts are meant to be shared. Now, as a happily married man and father, he is excited to embark on this new chapter of his life as a gospel artist.
